ComniWell

Built by one person who got tired of juggling five apps.

I was standing in the kitchen one morning with five apps open, trying to answer one simple question: is what I'm doing actually working?

One app had my workouts. Another had my food. A third tracked my gut. My bloodwork lived in a fourth, my supplements in a fifth. Every one of them knew a little about me. None of them knew the whole thing. So there I was, the human in the middle, copying a number from one screen into my head, holding it next to a number from another, trying to do in my mind the one thing none of these apps would do for me: connect the dots.

And I was paying for the privilege. Five subscriptions, five logins, five slightly different ideas of who I was. If I wanted to know whether my nutrition was actually helping my training, or whether that supplement cycle showed up anywhere in my biomarkers, the answer was always the same: nobody could tell me, because nobody’s app could see far enough. The data existed. It just lived in silos that would never talk to each other.

That's the thing I couldn't let go of. The apps weren't bad; some of them were genuinely good at their one job. The problem was that my health isn't five separate things. My training affects my recovery. My food affects my gut. My sleep affects all of it. The connections are the story, and the connections were exactly what every app threw away.

So instead of accepting the juggling act, I did the stubborn thing: I started building the app I wished existed. One place. One shared layer underneath, so that logging a meal could quietly update a gut score, and a training week could sit right next to a biomarker trend without me lifting a finger. Not five apps stapled together, but one app where the features actually share what they know.

I had two rules from day one. First: it has to be deep. If you’re the kind of person who tracks everything (and I am), a toy won’t cut it. Real logging, real numbers, real trends. Second, and just as important: it has to stay simple to move around in. Most apps that try to do everything turn into a maze, and I refused to build another one. Depth you can’t navigate is just clutter with ambition.

I built it for people like me, honestly. People who take the gym and their health seriously enough to measure it. People who track their supplements or their cycles and are tired of apps that either can't handle it or want to lecture them about it. Here, it's just neutral data, and the numbers do the talking. People who'd rather pay for one honest tool than five that each want a piece of them.

ComniWell is that tool. It's built by one person, which means every decision in it is a decision I had to live with as a user first. There's no growth team optimizing you into a funnel. There's just the app I use every day, made a little better each time I hit the same friction you probably hit.

Here's what I'll keep committing to: your health stays in one place, connected. The depth stays real, and the app stays easy to move through. Your data stays yours; it's local-first. And the price stays fair: less than the stack it replaces, because charging you five times for a picture you have to assemble yourself was the whole problem in the first place.

I built ComniWell because I got tired of being the only thing connecting my own health. You shouldn’t have to be either.
