The all-in-one health tracker: workouts, nutrition, gut health, supplements and biomarkers in one app — so you can finally see how they affect each other, instead of guessing across five apps that never talk.
Most people track their health across a workout logger, a macro tracker, a gut app, a biomarker app and a habit tracker. Each one bills separately. Each one is blind to the others. The data exists — it just lives in silos, and you're the only thing connecting it.
Five logins. Five subscriptions. None of them talk to each other, so you hold the whole picture together in your head — or you don't, and you stop looking.

Insights
One shared data layer underneath all five. Every feature reads the same numbers, so the whole picture assembles itself.
02How it connects
This is the part the others can't do.
Because everything sits on one data layer, a change in one feature shows up in another on its own. Nothing to export, nothing to copy over, nothing to remember.
You log dinner
Fiber, fermented foods and pre/probiotics are read straight off the food log
Your gut score moves— automatically
You finish a heavy week
Sets per muscle, recovery and training load are already in the same place as your labs
Your biomarker trend sits right next to it— automatically
You start a supplement cycle
Doses, phases and ingredient totals land on the same timeline as everything else
You can see what changed, and when— automatically
Same story in the other direction: your workouts write to Health Connect and Apple Health, your supplement doses count toward today's micronutrient totals, and a "workout" habit opens straight into your routines.
03What's inside
Deep, but never a maze.
Serious tracking usually means a cluttered app. ComniWell carries real depth in every area and still stays easy to move around in.
Train
518 exercises, and it remembers every one.
Log sets with live PR detection on weight, estimated 1RM and volume. Follow structured programs with opt-in auto-progression, and repeat any past session with its weights already filled in.
Supersets, RPE, drop sets, rest timer, warm-up and plate calculators
Routine folders, multi-day programs, repeat any past workout
Describe a program in plain English and get it generatedAI (an AI feature)
Equipment taken? Get a swap that trains the same musclesAI (an AI feature)

Strength
One strength score, muscle by muscle.
Every lift is scored against real strength standards, scaled to your bodyweight, and rolled up into one number. The body map colors each muscle by its own score, so the lagging ones are obvious at a glance.
Per-muscle scores for chest, back, legs, arms and core
Front and back heatmap, updated after every session
Push/pull and upper/lower balance from the sets you logged
Where your training is lopsided, in a sentenceAI (an AI feature)

Nutrition
A full micronutrient panel, not just calories.
Barcode and text search across Open Food Facts and USDA FoodData Central, custom recipes, water, and 25 nutrients tracked against EU reference intakes. An adaptive TDEE learns your real expenditure from your own weigh-in trend instead of a generic formula.
Supplement ingredient totals layered on top of food intake
Cut / maintain / bulk with a weekly check-in that proposes new targets
Snap a meal photo for an editable nutrient estimateAI (an AI feature)
Point the camera at a label instead of typing the panel inAI (an AI feature)

Health & gut
Biomarkers with context, not just a number.
Sleep, steps, resting heart rate and weight — logged by hand or synced from Health Connect and Apple Health. 9 built-in biomarkers with reference ranges and out-of-range flags, plus your own custom markers and blood draws grouped by date and lab.
A gut health score that can run passively off your food log alone
Compounds and cycles logged neutrally, with their own on/off switch
Your sleep trend, read back to you in a sentence or twoAI (an AI feature)
What moved your gut score, and which part of it did the movingAI (an AI feature)

Insights
The patterns across your data, surfaced for you.
Cross-feature correlation cards connect what's happening between training, food, sleep and gut health. A monthly training report tracks sets per muscle against target bands, and strength history shows your numbers over time.

04AI, honestly
AI that explains your data. It never invents it.
17 AI features, all reading from what you've actually logged. They estimate and narrate; they never overwrite your numbers, and outputs are always framed as estimates, never exact figures or medical interpretation.

Snap a meal, get an estimate
Photograph what you ate and get back an editable nutrient estimate, so you skip the manual food-database search.

Describe a program, get a plan
Say what you want in plain English — days a week, equipment, what you’re training for — and get a structured, fully editable program back, not a PDF someone else wrote.

AINutrition
AI structures the quantities; every ingredient is matched against the food database for the actual nutrition. It never invents the macros, only the structure.

Where your training is lopsided
AITrain
Your push/pull and upper/lower split described in a sentence, from the sets you actually logged.
Your sleep trend, explained
AIHealth
Direction, consistency, or the one night that stood out — in a line or two, from your own scored nights. A practical nudge at most, never a medical read.
What moved your gut score
AIHealth
Not just that it changed, but which component did it — fibre, fermented foods, variety. Described as a pattern, never diagnosed.
Correlations in plain language
AIInsights
The patterns between training, food, sleep and gut health, read out in a sentence instead of a chart you interpret yourself.
What to focus on right now
AIInsights
Your area scores ranked, with the single highest-leverage thing named. Guidance from your own numbers, never a prescription.
A habit worth adding
AIHome
Suggested from the habits you already keep and how you’re training — and it says nothing at all when there’s no sensible gap.
The day you keep missing
AIHome
Which weekday a habit actually slips on, named plainly so you can plan around it. A pattern to notice, not a telling-off.
Every AI feature has free uses that never expire. Not a trial window — a permanent allowance on each one, so you can see what it does before you decide whether it's worth paying for.
05Who it's for
Worth knowing before you sign up.
Built for you if
You already track more than one thing, and you’ve noticed none of them can see each other.
You want cause and effect — how a training block shows up in your sleep, how a cut shows up in your bloodwork.
You log supplements, peptides or prescribed compounds and you’re tired of apps that either can’t handle it or want to lecture you.
You’d rather pay for one honest tool than five that each want a piece of you.
Probably not, if
One app already covers everything you care about. A specialist you love beats a generalist you tolerate.
You want a coach telling you what to do. ComniWell shows you your own data and explains it; the decisions stay yours.
You need it to diagnose something. It’s a tracking tool, not a medical device, and it won’t pretend otherwise.
06Pricing
One subscription. Not five.
You shouldn't pay a workout logger, a macro tracker, a gut app, a biomarker app and a habit tracker separately. ComniWell is all of it, for less than one of them costs — with a 30-day free trial first.

08Before you ask
The questions worth answering first.
Which platforms is ComniWell on?
iOS and Android, both at launch. Android also syncs with Health Connect and iOS with Apple Health, for steps, sleep, resting heart rate and weight. Everything else works identically on both.
How is this different from the tracking app I already use?
Most of them are very good at one thing and blind to everything else, so you end up holding the picture together yourself. ComniWell is one app where the features share a data layer: your food log feeds your gut score, your training load sits beside your biomarker trends, and your home screen pulls from all of it. If a single-purpose app already covers everything you care about, it’s probably the better tool. If you’re running three or four of them, this replaces the stack.
Do I have to use all of it?
No. Every feature area can be switched off in settings, and the Home dashboard is a grid you build yourself. If you only want the workout logger and habits, that is what the app becomes.
What does it cost?
Standard is $3.99 a month or $29.99 a year and covers all the tracking — including compounds and cycles, and unlimited multi-scan. Premium is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year and adds the AI features on top. Both start with a 30-day free trial of the full non-AI experience, and the stores handle billing, so you cancel in your own account settings.
Where does my data live?
Local-first: your data is on your device and syncs to your own account in an EU-hosted database. No ads, no data sold, no third-party trackers. A full export is built into the app, and deleting your account cascades through every table immediately.
How accurate is the AI?
It gives estimates and plain-language narration of your own logged data, never exact figures and never medical interpretation. A meal-photo estimate is a starting point you edit, not a lab result. It never overwrites what you logged.
Can I try the AI features without paying?
Yes. Every AI feature has a small permanent free allowance that never resets and never expires, so you can see what it does before deciding. The heavier features get one free use, the rest get two.
How does it handle supplements, peptides and prescribed compounds?
As neutral data. ComniWell records what you tell it — dose, timing, inventory, cycle phase — and never sources, recommends, or advises on dosing. The section is off by default and you turn it on if you want it.
Can I bring my history over from another app?
Not at launch, and that is worth knowing before you start. ComniWell begins from the day you install it. The practical move is to export your history out of your current apps now and keep the files — importers are planned, and the export formats do not expire. In the meantime nothing is lost, it just is not inside ComniWell yet. Your ComniWell data is never locked in either: a full JSON export is built in from day one.
