How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm twice. It’s permanent and cascades through every table tied to your account immediately. Full detail on the Account & Data Deletion page.
How accurate are the AI meal-photo and chat features?
ComniWell's AI gives estimates and plain-language narration of your own data, never exact figures or medical interpretation. Always double-check anything health-critical, and treat estimates as a starting point, not a lab result.
How does ComniWell handle supplements and cycles?
ComniWell logs what you tell it as neutral data. It never sources, recommends dosing, or encourages use; the numbers do the talking, with no judgment either way.
Can I export my data?
Yes: a full personal-data export (JSON) is built into the app, in-app and instant. No need to email support for it, though you’re welcome to if you’d rather.
What happens to a meal photo after I take it?
It's only sent onward if you proceed with the AI estimate flow, and only to ComniWell's own backend, which calls Claude server-side to generate the estimate. See the Privacy Policy for the full data-handling picture once it's published.
