Account & data deletion

You can delete your ComniWell account and all associated data directly from the app, immediately, with no need to contact support.

    Open ComniWell

    Go to the Insights tab, tap the person icon to open Profile, then tap Account.

    Tap "Delete account"

    It's at the bottom of the Account screen.

    Type DELETE and confirm

    This is permanent and cannot be undone.

This permanently removes

  • Workouts, routines, and programs
  • Nutrition logs and recipes
  • Gut and biomarker data, blood test records
  • Sleep logs, wellbeing check-ins, and data synced from Health Connect or Apple Health
  • Supplements, peptides, and protocols
  • Habits, streaks, daily scores, and settings

Deletion happens immediately and cascades through every table tied to your account. Anything you chose to send to Health Connect or Apple Health stays there; remove it in those apps if you want it gone too. Two things outlast it briefly or without your name: daily database backups are kept for 7 days, and records of AI answers are kept for 3 years but unlinked from you (see the Privacy Policy).

Prefer email? Write to[email protected]from the email on your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.
